Description
You have successfully completed each of the Task Forces given out by the Freedom Phalanx. This gives you +5% Hit Points, and access to military epaulets at the Tailor.
Accolade Power
Upon acquiring this badge, a hero will earn the Task Force Commander power.

Notes
The Task Force Commander badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Task Force Abandoner.
