How to Get
To obtain the Penitent of Vice Badge, you must complete the Defeat all Arachnos Personnel mission from Willy Wheeler.

The Penitent of Vice badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Paragon of Vice.
