The base number of invention salvage items and recipes a character can carry increases with level. Additional slots can be obtained by acquiring certain badges. The number of transaction slots on the Consignment House also increases with character level, and can also be supplemented with badges. A character's maximum allowed salvage storage in the Vault Reserve, however, is only determined by the character's level.
