Briefing
A lot of businesses in Steel Canyon are having a serious problem with the Tsoo. The gangsters are asking the owners to pay a fee for Tsoo protection, if they don't give in, their shop is smashed to pieces. I want you to get over to Steel Canyon and stop the Tsoo extortion.
The businesses in Gimry Ridge and the Copper District have been hit especially hard.
