ToHit/Defense bugs
I have not checked, has the ToHit/Defense buff/debuff slotting into powers that do the opposite still enhance the opposite property properly? In other words, can I slot an Enzyme (ToHit/Defense Debuff + End )into Tactics (which does ToHit Buff) and still get the ToHit Buff? I could have sworn seeing a patch note or redname post that this was fixed. --Konoko 23:57, 24 May 2007 (EDT)
