Overview
Shady Cage is located in Port Oakes at the bottom of the hill that Fort Hades sits on, in the Villa Montrose neighborhood. His coordinates are (-2188.5, 64.9, -1816.9). He is a Black Market contact.
As he does not show up on the map, it's not known when was he put into the game.
A true Black Market truck was added in Issue 13. However, Shady Cage is currently still an active Black Market contact (although he is not displayed on the map).
