A '''Targeted Area of Effect''' power is one that affects all enemies within a certain radius of the currently selected target, including the target itself. This is in contrast with [[Point Blank Area of Effect]], which is centered on the caster of the power itself.

Common examples of a Targeted AoE include both [[toggle]] and [[Click Power|click]] powers that hit all enemies within a certain range of the targeted foe.
