I found that is is possible to find out what the effects of a [[Present]] is before opening it by right-clicking on the [[Present]], then checking the <u>Detailed Info</u> tab.  Most of the effects are pretty obvious, but there are two which are not so obvious:  Those would be the <b>Gift of Experience</b> & <b>Lump of Coal</b>.  It is possible to tell the difference between the two though.  Both show no further information on what the effect is, but the <u>Effect Area</u> is the givaway.  The <b>Gift of Experience</b> will have an <u>AoE</u> Effect Area, while the <b>Lump of Coal</b> will have a <u>Single Target</u> Effect Area.  Use the <b>Lumps of Coal</b> immediately to free up an inspiration slot for something more helpful.  If you have more than one <b>Gift of Experience</b> or the effect already active, save the others for later when it has worn off.  ;-D
