Description
Your work subjugating the masses of the Rogue Isles and promoting pro-Arachnos propoganda has earned you the Web Weaver Accolade. While logged out in an Arachnos controlled area or in the Arachnos Building in Marconeville you will earn additional charges for your Web Grenade power.

When these grenades come in contact with their target they will immobilize them as well reducing their movement and attack speed as well as preventing them from flying. Additional grenades can be earned by logging out in an Arachnos Base or the Arachnos Building in Port Oakes. Recharge: Fast. |
For every X hours, Character gains 1 charge up to a maximum of Z charges.

Notes
- The Web Weaver badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Anti-Arachnos Activist.
- This badge is only awarded to characters of the villain or rogue alignments. Although credit for this badge may be earned by heroes or vigilantes, the badge will not be awarded to a character until they change alignment.
