Hey, Character! We need to talk.
Character. Over here!
I'm the Vanguard Security Officer, Character. You need to come talk to me.
Character. Here's the deal. We have a situation on our hands. You now have access to what used to be the Rikti Crash Site. Normally you Rogue Isles types wouldn't be allowed into Paragon City territory, but we need all the help we can get. The only way in or out is via a Vanguard mandated teleporter. Think you know what you're getting into? You don't. It's a War Zone. We need all the help we can get fighting off the Rikti, so old enemies are now your allies. That's right. It's not just you in there, the Heroes from Paragon City will be helping you out. Before you get any idea of enacting some revenge on any petty issues you might have with them, give 'em up. You can't fight them. We've all had to make some serious sacrifices in light of the second invasion. Now is the time to stand together and fight back the Rikti. If you're not Threat Level 35 or higher, you won't get any futher than the DPO lobby. Now get in there and make me proud.
