Is there some way to access (or make available) legacy images? It's a bit byzantine, perhaps, but I would like to be able to repurpose the old badge image as a graphical highlight for my level 50 characters on . :3 --Rugiel 03:42, 16 August 2011 (UTC)

Column templates

Hey, Tony, I'm going through the editing templates and categories and I came across this category: Category:General wiki templates. You tagged what looks like three template pages that were going to be used to format columns. Since the pre-existing category page capitalizes the W in Wiki, you wound up linking to a non-existent category. Also, those column templates don't seem to work and there is a working Columns template already in existence. And, nothing links to those three templates. So... should they be marked for deletion maybe? Zombie Man 01:59, 17 February 2010 (UTC)

Sure, it was probably just an attempt at an old formatting project.  :) --TonyV 01:20, 18 February 2010 (UTC)

New Interwiki Links

Here are a few examples of interwiki links:

Belle's City Traveler column shows up as Belle's City Traveler column.
Belle's City Traveler column shows up as Belle's City Traveler column.
Wikia move announcement shows up as Wikia move announcement.

Search Bar

Could we move the left-hand Search Bar? It's way too low now - I have to scroll down to see it. It's the number one way to find an article here, it should be obvious. --GreyDog 16:47, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

o,o as it happens, thats one of the things we've been lobbing back and forth amoung admin. Right now the best solution we have is to do what Tony just did earlier today and make one of these pages on your user profile. Its only sorta a temp fix, and on a per individual level... Oh! and I've noticed a trend.. ppl have been using Tony's main user page as his talk page this week... ^^ fixed it here. --Sleepy Kitty 17:02, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
Aha! Just noticed this. I implemented the JavaScript I wrote to move the Search bar into the main site JavaScript, so it should be applying to everyone now. The Search box should now be beneath the Navigation box. If it's not working for you (and you're using a modern browser with JavaScript enabled) let me know! -- Sekoia 19:37, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

This is SO not an issue any more.  :) --TonyV 01:02, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

Paragon Free Press

The front page says this wiki is provided by the Paragon Free Press. Is that still true?--GreyDog 18:57, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

Um... Yup! I leave that there mainly out of recognition of why the wiki got started in the first place. Remind me to write that history down at some point.  :D --TonyV 03:32, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
o.o tony, go write down the history of the wiki!--Sleepy Kitty 10:56, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
Okay, here's my first crack at it! --TonyV 15:43, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

wiki about City of Heroes/Villains in spanish

I'm an administrator of the wiki about City of Heroes/Villains in Spanish here at wikia. Is a very new wiki (it was create some time ago, but was abandoned with no contents until last month when a friend of mine adopted it).

I want to know if the community at this site thinks that is ok if I borrow images of this wiki for the one in Spanish, and also if you may be interested in interlanguage links (we have very little contents at the moment, but I hope it will grow).

Well, I'm not very good at speaking English, but I hope you can understand me.

Thank you --Ceriwden 15:52, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

Hello Ceriwden! I'll be contacting you about this. We are planning for the new Paragon Wiki to be multilingual. --TonyV 01:02, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

Unlogged in Editing

o.o Looking at the recent changes page, we have a number of ip addrs showing up.. but when I logged out and randomed a page, I didn't get the edit option. @.@ am I missing something? I though the ip addrs where only used when recording unlogged in editing... --Sleepykitty 08:35, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

If you're referring to the "127.0.0.1" edits, I think that those are edits made from the back-end on the server itself, probably by Sekoia. Those are okay.  :) --TonyV 11:59, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
@.@ kk! --Sleepykitty 17:56, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

wikia site?

Is this now the 'official' Paragonwiki? The wikia one is still there... I was editing it for a few weeks and wondering why it seemed so out-of-date. I tried putting a notice on the front page directing to this one, but it got reverted. --Graal 11:53, 2 July 2009 (UTC)

This is definitely the official Paragon Wiki. For a little under a year, we actually were hosted at Wikia, but we left due to some broken promises and contract violations on their part, mainly around how intrusive their advertising was. When we left, it wasn't exactly on good terms with Wikia, and they are keeping their copy of the wiki active, although there are very, very few people who use it or keep it updated. Nevertheless, any notes from users pointing to this site are being reverted by Wikia's staff.
Sorry for the confusion. One of the problems is that Google ranks their site higher than ours because of search engine optimization games they play that I don't really want to get into. Still, via word of mouth, the hope is that most members of the community know that this is the real Paragon Wiki, and that our staff is devoted to keeping the community informed, not managing some bottom line advertising number.
Oh, and thanks for coming by, your edits will be very valuable and useful to the community! --TonyV 12:43, 2 July 2009 (UTC)

Hami-O Edit

Was the change to the Hamidon Origin Enhancements page on line 2 intentional? The previous version seemed correct to me. Maybe I missed something? --Eabrace Healthbar notify phone.png 13:34, 5 November 2009 (UTC)

Resistance Scum! Loyalist Trash!

Hey! Can we have fun with this and make the Resistance icon the Ouro logo for a little while? :D Then it's the war of the wikis! ~ AGGE talk/cons 01:22, 16 August 2010 (UTC)

Yes, I think that's a wonderful idea.  :) --TonyV 12:39, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

I shouldn't exist!

I am not GuyPerfect. I am his righteous doppelganger Guyperfect. I logged in as though I was GuyPerfect, but am masquerading as a do-gooder. I do not have a user or talk page. --Guyperfect 18:53, 13 March 2011 (UTC)

Noted. --TonyV 18:54, 13 March 2011 (UTC)

Legacy badge image(s)

Is there some way to access (or make available) legacy images? It's a bit byzantine, perhaps, but I would like to be able to repurpose the old 50 badges badge image as a graphical highlight for my level 50 characters on Ouroportal. :3 I'm willing to do any necessary legwork you care to assign to me. --Rugiel 03:45, 16 August 2011 (UTC)
