| − | :: However, because the wiki is used by so many people, we almost always discuss formatting changes before rolling them out, especially ones that affect so many pages. We create a test page or two to illustrate the change, post about it in the [http://paragonforums.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=5 Formatting and Standardization forum], and, assuming that no one has a problem with it, proceed to roll it out. I hope you believe me when I say that we have a history or implementing such changes when they make things better, probably a lot more quickly than most sites such as this.

I really think it would be useful, though, if you drop by the forums at some point, and say something like, "Hi, I'm Thebog1, and here are some changes I'd like to roll out." I assure you that we won't just shoot you down with no discussion, and we'll do our best to figure out some way to improve things to everyone's satisfaction.

| − | :: P.S. Please don't treat us all as a collective. We're individual people. Although my hope is that folks will come to like all of the administrators and other members, if you have a particular problem with one of them, don't take it out on all of the others. One of the reasons we have a bunch of administrators is specifically because I want people to feel like no one person—not even me—simply sits on high and dictates how things will be. That's why you were repeatedly encouraged to come to the forums, so that we can discuss these changes as a group and come to a consensus.

DON'T
- Don't even bother. I won't read it, so it'll just waste your time posting here. The reason it won't be read? Too many (censored by poster) people and/or players who are, apparently, on a power-trip to have thing(s) done their way, period. They disrespect and insult other player(s) who invest time towards adding additional information, correcting/updating generalized formats and who choose/chose to attempt to make Paragonwiki a more informed/more updated source of knowledge for other player(s). Places that endorse, allow and back-up power-hungry, (censored by poster) people, aren't worth the time arguing or debating with, or worth the effort to rationalize/logically discuss thing(s) with. With that said, this page will never be read by the user 'TheBog1' so posting here will be a waste of your time and your waste of time/effort will ultimately just be deleted without being read or considered.
