This page will contain links to the WayBacked info I was able to find as well as text dumps of the actual released info from Paragon Studios.

This can probably be worked into the Storyline Summary articles rather well, maybe in a {{Quotebox}}?

BAF

Baryonyx's quotation

The B.A.F. is a critical target of opportunity and a harbinger of battles to come. Within the B.A.F. Siege and Nightstar, two of the most advanced Praetorian Clockwork androids ever constructed, have been using members of the Praetorian Resistance for experimentation. At the behest of Praetor Tilman (also known as Mother Mayhem) and Emperor Cole, they have perfected a powerful mind-altering technique called Mindwashing.

Though still in its early stages, Mindwashing has proven to be highly effective. The process completely alters the subject's sense of loyalty while preserving all other aspects of personality. To the outside observer, a test subject appears to be the same as they were before the procedure. However, inside, the Mindwashed have an unswerving loyalty to Emperor Cole, a loyalty that hides below the surface and causes those affected to feed his government any information they learn about those who oppose it. Additionally, the Mindwashing grants those who control the process the ability to manipulate those affected by it, using them as spies or as fighters.

Now Siege and Nightstar are planning on releasing numerous Mindwashed Resistance members into the city as part of a full-scale field test of the new technology. But, with the Primal retaliation in Praetoria now underway, the two wardens also believe that they have an opportunity to use this release as an opportunity to propagandize against the Primal and Resistance forces.

They have designed an orchestrated breakout, wherein Mindwashed Resistance forces will "escape" from the B.A.F. due to an apparent Primal Earth attack on the facility. Some of those Mindwashed will then be "switched on", sparking terror attacks across the city before being "switched off" just in time to be brought under control by the valiant forces loyal to the Emperor.

Because of the massive effect such a display would have on the opinions of 5a8 the populace, the forces arrayed against the Emperor cannot allow Siege and Nightstar's plan to succeed. As Prometheus notes, though the B.A.F is unimportant as a military target, the psychological and strategic effects that a successful release of the Mindwashed would have would negate any victory that could be achieved elsewhere.

If the Incarnates are to have any hope of putting a stop to Emperor Cole's unrelenting thirst for power and domination, they must first strike at the B.A.F., or the war may be lost before it can truly begin.

Lambda

Baryonyx Quote

Where the Behavioral Adjustment Facility is a target of opportunity for the Incarnates arrayed against Emperor Cole, Lambda Sector is a target of necessity. Located in the heart of Neutropolis, this large military installation is a symbol of Emperor Cole's might to all of Praetoria and the center for military research and development.

It is within Lambda Sector that weapons research continues day and night, and where the genetically engineered supersoldiers of the Olympian Guard are brought online from their first moments as an awakened clone. It is here that monstrous experiments are conducted free from prying eyes and where the most powerful materiel in Emperor Cole's arsenal finds its origins.

Some have theorized that its labs and storage facilities extend so deep into the earth that it would take weeks to catalogue all of them. No one outside of Emperor Cole's inner circle can be sure, however, because no one who has ever attempted an investigation of the facility has ever been seen again... a trend the Incarnates intend to break.

Taken all together, the case for Lambda Sector as a prime military target could not be clearer. The Incarnates must take out Lambda Sector to have the best chance for victory over Empero 5a8 r Cole. The neutralization of Lambda Sector will give the Incarnates a freer hand to operate in Praetoria, for without that facility, Emperor Cole's military power would be crippled.

Taking control of Lambda Sector is easier said than done. Lambda Sector is a secure military fortress on constant alert. Emperor Cole and his lieutenants are not foolish enough to leave their prize military installation undefended. The powerful Praetor White, aka Marauder, the head of Powers Division, has been charged with securing the facility and responding to any attempted assault with lethal force.

If the Incarnates are to have a real chance at disabling Emperor Cole's personal army and limiting his military support they must succeed in neutralizing Lambda Sector.

Underground

Baryonyx again

Throughout Praetoria, Emperor Cole has built a vast network of tunnels where the less savory acts of his government and Praetoria's security forces can be conducted, shrouded from the view of the public. Within the Underground, the various factions of Praetoria battle openly, and the fighting is constant and intense.

In these embattled depths beneath the city of Praetoria, one of the most powerful challengers to the might of Emperor Marcus Cole is being hunted. Vanessa DeVore, leader of the Carnival of Light and de facto leader of the Resistance, holds a dangerous secret concerning Cole's oppressive regime. Knowledge of this secret has set the IDF after Vanessa, as the Emperor will not allow any who learn of it to survive.

In an effort to escape the clutches of the Imperial Defense Force (IDF), Vanessa has fled to the Underground, hoping to throw her pursuers off the trail. Desperate for aid, Vanessa has also reached out to the apparent leader of Primal Earth's forces, Statesman. Not eager to involve himself directly and distrustful of the Praetorian counterpart to the leader of the Carnival of Shadows, Statesman agrees to send his new protégé, Desdemona, to find Vanessa and bring her safely out of the Underground. As Desdemona's magical wards are more than a match for anything Vanessa or the IDF can dish out, he reasons that she is the best suited for the mission to secure the Carnival leader's safety.

Prometheus, however, has learned of this. Through his network of contacts, he negotiates for you to join Desdemona in an effort to make sure that Cole's secret falls into the hands of those who will actually do something about it: Incarnates.

Together, a group of Incarnates and Desdemona must forge a path through the Underground and find Vanessa before she can be silenced for good.

Dilemma

Baryonyx

Way shorter this time around:

It pits you against Diabolique, a powerful Praetorian who fled to Primal Earth after the events of First Ward and who threatens to become a walking avatar of death.

Though Mot, one of the ancient gods of the Banished Pantheon, is successfully contained, a cleanup operation undertaken by the Freedom Phalanx and the Vindicators has gone awry, and both groups have been captured. Diabolique plans to use their great power to fuel a ritual that will allow her to absorb the power of Mot, becoming an unstoppable force of destruction and death.

Under the guidance of the Dream Doctor, the founder of the Midnight Squad, you are sent to put an end to this ritual by any means necessary, even if that means descending into the Maw of Mot and fighting Diabolique in the depths where she works her spell.
