Dublin-born Lenka James is a mutant, born with the strange ability of self-enhancement. This ability allows her to enhance her own basic human attributes at will, be it amplifying her voice, increasing the very density of her psyche or raising her body temperature to extreme levels.

Timewarp

Gravity Control Trick Arrow Primal Forces Mastery
Security Level: 50
A noble, friendly alien hailing from the future, Timewarp wields an complex bow of scientific origin that summons and propels various strangely tipped arrows, be it a small payload of web, or a massive electromagnetic burst.

Alongside mastery over his bow, Warp is also a skilled inventor and developed an ingenious helmet allowing the manipulation of time and space. The wearing of this helmet grants him many incredible abilities, though the most awestriking perhaps the summoning of wormholes to teleport his foes.

Ever keen to use his inventions for the greater good, Warp travelled back in time to Paragon City 2009 after hearing many saddening stories of the relentless crime and villainy that took place. He patrols the many districts with valour; ensuring citizens can sleep well, knowing they are watched over by a gallant galactic guardian.

Mender Lukas

Somewhat a newcomer to the divine organisation that is Ouroboros, Lukas was recruited by The Pilgrim during a mission that took place over 600 years ago in Veneto, Italy. A humble inventor trying to make his way in the world, The Pilgrim saw potential in the young fellow and decided to train him in the ways of the Mender in the comfort of the magnificent Ouroboros Citadel.

Under the mentorships of Menders Silos and Lazarus, Lukas quickly developed great skill in combat and defense respectively. In just 569 years, he was confirmed as an Ouroboros Mender, and as a symbol of his initiation was presented with a gallant sword and near-impervious shield, enchanted with pure time energy.

Working alongside his fellow Menders, the mysterious Storm Survivor and other affiliates of Ouroboros, he ensures the various courses of time are kept running correctly.

Captain Epic

Born to a humble British accountant and his wife, Mark Ronson (of no relation to the popular music producer of the same name) showed extreme strength and sturdiness from a young age, and by age twelve could lift up to four tonnes without so much as breaking a sweat. Upon turning twenty, Mark decided it was time to use his powers to make a difference in the world, and travelled to Paragon City to work as a hero, under the alias Captain Epic.

Eclipses

Though Zara Kaine, aka Eclipses, is not the first human to bond with the netherworld and almost certainly shall not be the last to, few who have connected with the dark land have remained totally uncorrupt. Zara is a talented archer and a fine manipulator of dark matter, making her a powerful force to be reckoned with.

Illusienne

It is believed that the dazzling entity known as Illusienne was materialised in early seventeenth century Paris by an immensely talented mage. A powerful illusionist in her own right, Illusienne can use her power to both project devastating scenarios into the minds of her enemies, and bend light around her allies, protecting them from physical harm.

Stasix

Martial Arts Willpower Body Mastery

An elegant, though unfathomably powerful cosmic goddess, Stasix spent much of her early life unaware of her divine origin. It was only upon meeting her biological brothers, Clipse and Astrox, in complete coincidence, that her real destiny become apparent. Born at the very dawn of existence as a deity of the Inusivexx system, an undefinable solar radiation suppressed Stasix' godly ability and sent her soaring far across the universe to eventually land on a small, poor planet, where she was found by what would become her adoptive parents. Interaction with her brothers later in her life freed her blocked powers and memories, meaning finally and proudly, she could take her place on the Inusivexxian Council, protecting her system and all others from evil.

Hell's Hedgehog

They say all dogs go to heaven.. Sadly, this rule doesn't seem to apply to other animals. For if this were the case, the maniacal mammal known solely as Hell's Hedgehog would likely be sat happily up -there- with Elvis, sipping chamomile on a cloud somewhere. Instead, the mutated, bloodthirsty critter stalks the Rogue Isles, bringing relentless destruction and bloodshed upon it's citizens. His motives are not known, nor is the origin of his strange mutation. What is known, however, is the extent of his power.

The Storm Suppressor

Over 60 years ago in Nazi-occupied Germany, a deranged 5th Column scientist concluded a long running genetic experiment, cloning and modifying humans in hope of creating a vast super powered army. Their plan; to plant these bionically enhanced super soldiers throughout space and time, bringing fear and glory to the rising 5th Column.

But Council troops attacked the laboratory and initiated the false memories and abilities of an experiment who would later become the Storm Survivor. In a final effort to prevent The Council's misuse of their scientific genius, a 5th column soldier activated their final backup: Experiment #33, the Storm Suppressor.

After a decade training vigorously with the Rikti, the Storm Suppressor begins his hunt for his estranged brother wielding a mighty axe. Until the Storm Survivor is terminated, completing his constructed life's purpose, the Suppressor shan't rest. Any obstacle, inanimate or living, shall be destroyed.

Spiderwebs

Left beaten and distraught on her wedding day, 20-year old Gwen de Luca was betrayed and reduced to an inch or less of life by her own brother Rico, who unbeknownst to their family was affiliated with the Skulls. As his final qualification in becoming a Bone Daddy, he was instructed to sacrifice a close family member to feed his own dark power.

Rico had planned his kill to be subtle, but the Skulls attacked the chapel in which Gwen and her fiancée wed and began a ruthless slaughter, murdering every witness of the ceremony. However as Rico began siphoning the remaining life force of his dying sister, he was impaled, by a spider-like mechanical leg.

Lord Recluse, renowned archvillain, saw potential in Gwen, and was not going to allow her death. Taking her back with him to the Rogue Isles, Recluse ensured her recovery and initiated Arachnos' plans for a soldier fuelled by grief and vengeance. Innocent Gwen Young almost completely submerged, replaced by a powerful being known simply as Spiderwebs.
