- After paying your dues for thirty-three months, you have been recognized again by the government of Paragon City.
- Villain
- Thirty-three months. That's how long you've evaded capture. Nicely done.
How to Get
Have an account active for thirty-three or more months.
Rewards
Earning the Unswerving badge rewards all characters on the account with Temporary Power: CHOICE: Permanent Nemesis Staff or Permanent Blackwand and a Respec
