You have amassed a vast collection of holiday gifts!
How to Get
The Toy Collector badge was obtained by opening a total of 200 gifts spread throughout Paragon City and the Rogue Isles during the Winter Event 2005. It cannot currently be earned in the game.

When you obtain this badge, you will unlock the Snowbeast Gladiator badge.
