This template is for sets which give a bonus to your movement speed. Its parameters are: num (the number of enhancements needed to get the bonus, a decimal digit), type (what type of movement is being improved, either R (running), F (flight), or J (jumping)), and amt (the percentage bonus, without the % sign).

For bonuses which improve all speeds, use this template three times, once per type.
