The article says Winter's Gift ranges from level 10 to level 50, but the Candy Keeper's recipes are all labeled level 1. Has anyone build/used this? Is it perhaps theoretically a range of 10-50, but is only available from the Candy Keeper at one specific level? What level is that? Or does it depend on the level of the character building it?
