"The Shivan Shard power only works within the Bloody Bay zone."
Is this verified? Because I'm pretty sure I used it in Siren's Call as well. Didn't think to try it in a PvE zone, but I think it works in any of the PvP zones.

Yes, I read somewhere that it's only good in a PvP zone, but I have verified that the Shivan Shard works anywhere.
