Port Oakes (where Fort Hades is located) does not have any "Shady Dealer" that I can find. I'm superjumping around right now. -- Agge (talk) 12:17, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
Black market dealers in Port Oakes are near the Arena, in the open. I think whatever dealer this text is referring to is removed or something, as I have never seen any dealer in Port Oakes until after issue 13. Forkyd 12:24, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
