City of Heroes Collector's Edition
I believe the reason this is still pricey is that it contains an exclusive badge (while the items are obtainable via the Veteran Rewards program), and new unopened copies are relatively rare (the age old supply vs. demand rule). Also, it seems that the first "collector" edition of any game goes for much more than any subsequent collectors editions (Guild Wars comes to mind) because few buy them (and even fewer save them) and the production runs are limited.
