CIT also happens to be linked to from the Utilities box in the left column of the wiki, as well as from the vast majority of the badge pages. They're not supposed to have articles in the main article namespace, that's for sure. They're allowed to be linked to from Paragon Wiki:Community Portal (which CIT already is), though. CIT also happens to be linked to from the Utilities box in the left column of the wiki, as well as from the vast majority of the badge pages.
