Overview

/suppressCloseFxDist distance

Sets the distance at which all graphics effects of a character's powers are shown when the suppressCloseFx option is set. When the camera is closer than this distance, all graphics effects generated by powers are suppressed. The default value for this setting is 0, which indicates that the power effects will be suppressed when the camera is in first-person mode.

Note that this command does not affect auras created within the costume editor, and does not affect the display of other character's or NPC's powers.
