Shield Breaker is a Accurate Defense Debuff enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 10-30 level range.

There are six enhancements in this set:

Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power.

Bug! Shield Breaker's proc is named "Chance for Negative Energy Damage". The tooltip popup names it "Chance for Lethal Damage".

The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:

Two enhancements increases Recovery by 2.5%.
Three enhancements reduces the duration of Status effects on you by 2.5%.
Four enhancements increases Area Effect Defense by 2.5%.
Four enhancements increases Fire and Cold Defense by 1.25%.
Five enhancements improves the Accuracy of all your powers by 11%.
Six enhancements increases Melee Defense by 3.13%.
Six enhancements increases Smashing and Lethal Defense by 1.565%.
