Overview
Santiago is a NPC who can be found near the Resistance access to the Underground in Nova Praetoria. He won't say anything if clicked on, but several missions will send you to him. His coordinates are (-4894, -10, -1931).
You will be sent to talk to him during the missions:
- Meet with Ricochet, from Calvin Scott
- Part Three: My Robot Butler, the Killer, from Splice
