Rikti Mentalist Costume
Description
This costume will let you dress up as a Rikti Mentalist at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
How to Get
Game codes for this costume power were given out at the New York Comic Con in 2010. One code permanently unlocks this power on all characters (Heroes and Villains, current and future) for one account.
Additionally, players could buy or possibly win a code for the permanent power at various meet and greets after the convention. A code may also be obtained as a prize for winning contests held by the community development team on the Official Forums or on social networking sites.
Finally, this power was on sale on the Paragon Market briefly for 480 Paragon Points from October 25, 2011, to December 6, 2011.
