How to Get
Halloween
This costume is not available during Halloween Events.
Events
Game codes for this costume power were given out at New York Comic-Con 2010 from October 8-10, 2010. One code permanently unlocks this power on all characters (Heroes and Villains, current and future) for one account. It was also available for sale at later meet and greet events.
Contests
