Practice Dummy

Overview
A number of Practice Dummys are present in the Vanguard base in the Rikti War Zone. They are there to provide sparring practice for those looking to go toe-to-cloven-padded-feet with Rikti.
In the RWZ they are Level 35 (the lowest level allowed in to the zone) and are designated "PracticeBot" from the faction "Practice Robots". They are immobile and have no attacks, making them of dubious sparring use. More useful would have been them casting equal magnitude sleep and holds with no damage, with very low range and long recharge times (allowing people to escape easily).

- Confirm damage to the dummy does not count to inflict damage badges

Description
A training dummy. It allows trainess [sic] and pros alike to get used to hand to hand combat against the Rikti foes.
