- Tog's Hero University, A semi RP site for new players covering much of the basic game.
- Jordan's Town, A fairly irregularly updated City of Heroes web comic and site full of great guides to various character types. Includes a massive searchable image gallery of CoH/V screenshots.
- COH Writer's Guild, The Offical City of Heroes site can't publish all the fan fiction and art they receive. But we will! If you want the rest of the CoH universe to read and see your stuff send it to us and it will be posted -no charge!
- The Battlerock X Chronicles, dedicated to various news, events, and stories of City of Heroes characters as well as the home for the infrequent fan-based comic series "Tales from Paragon City".
- City of Comic Creators, a group of fan-based comic creators who also publish the "City of Comic Creators Compendium".
- "Guardians of the Dawn", the official website of the fan-based comic series "Guardians of the Dawn Spotlight" set in the City of Heroes universe with special appearances by various in-game characters.

Game Utilities
- Map Patches replace many in-game maps of city zones and missions with informational icons and text.
- Badge Tracking. Manually or automatically enter badges, see which ones you're missing, compare with other players who also use these sites.
- City Information Tracker(CiT). Part of Titan Network.
- Badge-Hunter(BH). Sister site of VidiotMaps.
- HeroStats. A utility that tracks in-game statistics and that is capable of showing buff timers. Can automatically update the badge tracking websites above (CiT and BH).
- Character builder/designer/planners. Create and save character builds, share with others through forum exports or build imports.
- Mid's Hero Designer. Download-able program. (I16 current). Includes Invention sets for enhancements, and takes those bonuses into account when calculating buffs. Builds can be exported with a data chunk to import later.
- SuckerPunch's Online Build Planner. Online webapp. (I16 current). Includes Invention sets. Since it's entirely javascript based, builds can be shared with any web browser.
- PiggViewer, an application that allows extraction of game client files.
- Game Extractor, a Java application that allows extraction of game client files.

- Arachnos Elite
- - Strength Through Undying Loyalty - One of the very first Arachnos based villain groups, formed on day one of the CoV headstart. Roleplaying, on Virtue Server
- C.O.V.E.R.
- was founded in the spring of 1971 to assist smaller supergroups in the fight against domestic crime.
- The Cult of Mu
- An ancient magical VG on virtue.
- The Dark Blade
- on Virtue; mature group that likes to play the darker side of characters.

- and The Disciples of Power on Infinity; mature, no drama, fun times, period.
- Fallen Legion
- One of the largest and most active VGs on the Victory server.
- Freaks and Geeks
- The Freaks and Geeks began as a City of Villains villain group operating from the Rogue Isles located on the Pinnacle Server. Now the group is the #6 Super Group of the Top 100 Super Groups on the Pinnacle server. We also have a second villian group, Freaks and Geeks II, a recently added Hero Super Group, Freaks and Geeks Justice, and our newest villain group for our lvl50 toons, Freaks and Geeks Retirement Villa. All four groups have longterm loyal members and are accepting recruits. New recruits can be of any level and game experience. - A very active SuperGroup on the Guardian server. Within our 1st year, Dec 8th 2009-Dec 8th 2010, we climbed into the Top50.
