Description
Halloween Version
It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as a PPD Hardsuit at any time during the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
PAX 2008 Version
This costume will let you dress up in a Paragon Police Hard Suit at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted. Thank you for joining us at PAX!
How to Get
Halloween Version
This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Trick or Treat event.
PAX 2008 Version
Game codes for this costume power were given out at the NCsoft booth at the August, 2008 Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle, WA. It was later sold at Hero Con 2009 for (US)$20.00, where it completely sold out. One code permanently unlocks this power on all characters (Heroes and Villains, current and future) for one account.
Forum Contests
Starting January of 2010, the City of Heroes community developers began to run contests on the "Forum Games" section of the City of Heroes forums. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, these contests are held by Niviene, Avatea and theOcho. The winners of these contests are given a choice of one of six possible costume codes, including the Carnival Ring Mistress.
Notes
This costume has jets visible while flying. (NOTE: Costume does not allow wearer to fly.)
Despite the name, the costume portrays a PPD Shell.
