CoT Costume Pieces, Praetorian Invasions, Free to Play now available
Praetorian Invasions
A series of Praetorian invasions are currently underway, finishing October 11 on the Infinity server. Each event last three hours, with one event per server that has not yet had the experience. Full details and the schedule for each remaining server can be found in the City of Heroes Freedom™ Praetorian Invasions Schedule!.
Free to Play now available
On September 27, City of Heroes Freedom became accessible by free players, as explained in the original official announcement.
Circle of Thorns Costume Set
The much anticipated new Circle of Thorns Costume Set became available in the Paragon Market on September 27. "Disguise yourself in villainous style as a member of the occult group Circle of Thorns. For Male, Female, and Huge characters." Cost is 400 points.
