Summer Blockbuster Launches Early

The first Summer Blockbuster launches Wednesday, June 27, at 10:30AM PDT. This double feature is for teams of exactly four players, at levels 15 or more. Knock over a posh and luxurious casino in Casino Heist; and in Time Gladiator, go to an immense coliseum to battle minotaurs, ninjas, robots, and gunslingers (oh, and don't forget the monkeys). This Week at the Paragon Market

Introducing three new Amplifier temporary powers, with durations of 1, 4, and 8 hours. An Offense Amplifier boosts damage, chance to hit, and recharge. A Defense Amplifier boosts defense and damage resistance, and protects from most mez. A Survival Amplifier boosts regeneration, recovery, and maximum hit points. Each amplifier activates when claimed from Character Items, persists through defeat, and only affects the caster (excluding pets).

This week also sees 50% off Character Server Transfer Tokens and Character Respec Tokens, and 25% off Super Pack: Heroes and Villains, XP Boosters, and 50% XP Boosters.

Memes To Go! Special Costume Contest

This month's official costume contest will occur on June 28 in Pocket D on the Virtue Server. The theme for this month is: memes, and all the information you need to read can be found in the official announcement. Two contests cater to the players in different time-zones, at 11AM PDT and 6PM PDT.

This Week at the Paragon Market

This week sees selected Ranged and Targeted AoE damage enhancement sets at 50% off. These include the very rare Apocalypse and Ragnarok; as well as Devastation, Decimation and Positron's Blast. Strap on a bubble helmet and rocket pack with classic futuristic flair! The Retro Sci-Fi Costume Set is now available in the Paragon Market. A total of 35 costume pieces and weapons, available as a bundle or separately. 400 Paragon Points (pp) for the complete bundle.

Twitch.TV is Up and Running

Paragon Studios have launched a Twitch.TV channel, allowing viewers to watch live in-game points of view by the fearless video team. It will be used to showcase new game and player content, walk through Supergroup bases, and more! Each broadcast will also be archived on Youtube for later viewing.
