Overview
The New Year's Pack was available on the Paragon Market for 160 Paragon Points. If purchasing all of the pieces separately, they would have cost 280pp total.
The New Year's bundle was only available from December 27, 2011, to January 31, 2012. After the purchase window expired, all of the individual items and the bundle itself were removed from the Paragon Market.
