Joined Cryptic Studios in June of 2005 to work on the production of the studios first expansion, City of Villains. Main involvement has been particle physics fx of issue 7, but has had major effect on issues 5-7. Neil also worked on the powers of Slag Golems, Scrapyarders, Paragon Police Department, and several signature characters such as Ghost Widow and Mirror Spirit. Work from these powers were also the basis of some of the patron pools powers.

Currently Mr Melville is working on the Cryptic AR project, and is not one of the developers that made the jump to NorCal studios.
