Description
This costume will let you dress up as one of the Mk. VI "Victorias" at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
How to Get
This power was given to people who attended the Comic Con: International in 2011 and visited the NC Soft booth.
