Enemy level for tip drop
Interestingly enough, the enemy doesn't need to be level 20+ to get this tip to drop. I had it drop off a level 8 Marcone Capo in Port Oakes. -- StarGeekTalk page 18:00, 13 July 2011 (UTC)

When you go talk to Mortimer Kal regarding his daughter, the first thing he says is "A fellow Midnighter, hmmmm?", indicating you've done the midnighter arc.
