He's working on some kind of expedition off the coast of Albania. I already spoke with Lastri, and she's arranged transportation for you.
Word of warning, Character: Harvan's not just an expert on Pandora's Box, but a well-known expert. That means you might not be the only one looking for him. Just stay alert while you're there, and get him out ASAP. Once you've got him en route to the Mitscher, you should be in the clear.

Character, let me break this down for you. Right now? We've got some insider info. We know a guy who knows a guy, and we might be able to get some answers. But as soon as word gets out that Harvan's the man that knows Pandora's Box? You can bet he's going to disappear, and fast.
