Hit the streets and defeat a few Council troops
Briefing
There has been a marked increase in Council activity since they ramped up their recruiting. Can you hit the streets and defeat a few Council troops? Those thugs need a wake-up call. Steel Canyon is particularly overrun, though I'm sure any zone in the city would welcome your assistance.

The techs at DATA were wondering if you could test out these Cryoprojection Bracers for a short while.
These Cryoprojection Bracers will shoot a beam of ice at the target. Let us know how they work out.
