Overview
Miss Francine is a Captive and belongs to the Idealistic Teacher faction.
Heroes may find her:
- In the Tip Mission You're a Cruel One, Mr. Phipps, if you choose Hero, as a NPC.
Villains can capture her:
- On the Stop Miss Francine and Recapture Miss Francine within 90 minutes missions assigned by Westin Phipps.
Description
Miss Francine is a plucky young teacher from Paragon City who came to the Rogue Isles to teach the underpriveliged. Somehow her sweet demeanor and good intentions caught the attention of several members of the Freakshow. She since started an underground school dedicated to teaching and rehabilitating members of the normally violent street gang.
