Description
It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as one of the Knives of Artemis at any time during the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stelth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
How to Get
This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Trick or Treat event.
