It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as one of the Knives of Artemis at any time during the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

This costume will let you dress up as a member of the Knives of Artemis at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
How to Get
Halloween Version
This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Trick or Treat event.
Comic-Con 2009 Version
Game codes for this costume power were given out at the NCsoft booth at the July, 2009, Comic-Con in San Diego, CA. One code permanently unlocks this power on all characters (Heroes and Villains, current and future) for one account.
