The only info available about issue 13 is that it will more than likely be a big issue, according to the developers, after the smaller Issue 12.

-Full Powerset Customization

-Graphics/UI Overhaul/Upgrade

-New Zones, Costumes, Inventions, Powersets (Including a possible "Shield" powerset.)

-Archnemesis/Alterego System

-Base Improvements
