The developers have hinted that Issue 12 will be a somewhat smaller "transition" issue, leading up to a big Issue 13.
Confirmed Content:
- Positron: In Issue 12 we are going to have you never dropping below 50% Inf. earn rate when in Supergroup mode.
Possible New Content:
- New (Villain) Epic Archetype, Powersets, Zones (Rikti Homeworld Zone), Badges, and or Inventions.
- Further Power Customization (Highly unlikely, but still possible.)
- Archnemesis/Alterego System
- Base/Arena Upgrades
- UI Graphics Overhaul/Upgrade
- Various bug fixes/power alterations
