Hidden Base Plots are the lowest Prestige cost areas for Base construction available to players who have the City of Villains game.

There are 10 (ten) Hidden Base Plots available. Players gain the Tiny Hidden Spot for free by contacting a Super Group Registrar in either Atlas Park or Galaxy City for heroes. Villains can contact the Super Group Registrar in Port Oakes to gain their Tiny Hidden Spot. Larger Base Plots are available for increased Prestige costs from within a Base's Entry Room to characters that have Base Editing Rights.
