- Two solid years of beating down the bad guys.
- Villain
- Two years in, and the plans get bigger, and your aspirations grander.
How to Get
Have an account active for twenty-four or more months.
Rewards
Earning the Devoted badge rewards all characters on the account with Prestige Power: Base Transporter (long recharge item that teleports you to your Base), Base Item: Posters of the City of Heroes Comic Covers, 1 Free Character Slot Per account, and Veteran’s Titles for Level 15 characters.
