Detective Rogers is a 30 year veteran on the force, whose experience has helped numerous heroes.
Initial Contact
I've been a cop for a long time, and experience has taught me to appreciate when someone offers to help. Once you've done some things and we've gotten to know you, we'll be sure to contact you if a real emergency comes up.
