Overview
Detective Rogers is a hero contact in the Bronze Way neighborhood of Steel Canyon at coordinates (-4571, 0, 1288.5). Detective Rogers is a Police Band contact.
He functions as the Safeguard Mission contact as does Detective Martins.
Rogers' name and appearance are a reference to Roger Murtaugh from Lethal Weapon.
