Overview
Detective Martins is a hero contact in the Bronze Way neighborhood of Steel Canyon. Detective Martins is a Police Band contact.
He functions as the Safegaurd Mission contact as does Detective Rogers.

Detective Martins is still recovering from some personal trauma, and some on the force think he's a loose weapon. But he's still been a great help to many of the city's heroes, and an outstanding cop.
