Level 5-9

You should think about talking to Detective Jose Brogan. He's pretty intense, but he's a great cop and a good person to know if you are looking for information on the Lost. His beat is Atlas Park.

Detective Brogan will let you in on some interesting cases.

Vic Johansson's good police. He'll steer you towards some interesting opportunities involving the Lost, and help smooth things over with law enforcement. His beat is Kings Row.

Vic is good people, Character. You will enjoy working with him.

There's a detective who you should meet. Rachel Torres knows all about the happenings on the streets, and can probably give you good leads on the Lost. She can be located in Galaxy City.

Detective Torres is tough and efficient; you might learn a thing or two from her.

Information

Natural Hero Liaison

Derek Amberson was always a genius at the art of war. Tactics, strategy, swordplay; there was nothing in the marital arena he could not master. After taking an Olympic gold medal in fencing, Derek longed for work that would give him a different kind of reward. When he heard about the trouble in Paragon City, he immediately got on a bus, traveling all night to present himself at the ELITE offices the next morning. As liaison to new heroes with natural abilities, he is passing on his expertise to the next generation of heroes.

Andre Iverson conversation
Andre Iverson told you:

'I swear, I never meant to get involved with the Council! I was just writing an article on the Paragon City government, and I guess I asked too many questions about the wrong officials! One of their officers came to see me last night; he said I could join them or die!

They were planning to take me to a big training base right here in Atlas Park. There may be other people there who the Council recruited against their will!'

Character, I've got a good tip for you. My sources have uncovered a critical link in the Council's communications network. Galaxy City briefing
Galaxy City is named after the late Galaxy Girl, who fell during the Rikti War. Though she had few super powers and never gained much fame in the world at large, Galaxy Girl was one of Paragon City's favorites. She was a constant presence in the skies since her appearance in the 1950's. She worked tirelessly to improve the lives of her fellow citizens, not just by fighting evil, but also through her charity work. No doubt she would be proud to see a new generation of Heroes battling the Hellions, a street gang bent on claiming Galaxy City for their own.
