Description
Eager to distance themselves from your villainous self, Portal Corps and the universities of Paragon City have quickly denounced you as merely a Crackpot.

Sleep Gas Ranged (Targeted AoE), Foe Sleep Your time studying various sciences has earned you access to Sleep Grenades. Foes affected by the gas will be put to sleep for a short while. Sleeping foes will awaken if they suffer damage. Additional Sleep Gas canisters can be earned by logging out in a University, inside Portal Corps (Heroes), or inside the Crey Industries building (Villains). Recharge: Long. |
For every X hours, Character gains 1 charge up to a maximum of 18 charges.
